Brewing Directions
Stovetop:
Place 2 cups of water in a cooking pot and bring it to a low boil.
Add 2 tsp of tea leaves and let the water simmer for 4-5 minutes for optimal flavor and strength
Add sweetener sugar as per desired taste.
Strain the leaves and enjoy the tea.
Teapot: (We recommend our Tempered Glass or Gooseneck Tea Pots)
Add water into a tea kettle and bring to a rolling boil.
Add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves for every 1 cup of water in a tea pot.
Pour boiling water from the kettle into the teapot and let the tea leaves steep for 4-5 minutes to get optimal flavor and strength
Add sweetener as per desire. Strain the leaves and enjoy the tea.

Most products can be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Return shipping costs and payment processing fees will be subtracted from the return amount.

Products that arrive damaged, degraded, destroyed, unusable, where the item could pose a health risk due to the condition in which it arrived, where the item was not as depicted or described, or where the item did not arrive at all may be returned if the supplier is notified within 48 hours.

7. Return Authorization
Returns will only be accepted if the customer first contacts the supplier and receives authorization.
The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received, with all tags and labels still attached.

10. Return Instructions
Ensure the product is unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged.
Repack the item in its original packaging (the item must be in its original condition with tags attached and all labels).
Include a copy of the proof of purchase.
Clearly label the package with the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
11. Refund Processing
After we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. (Please allow 20 days for your credit to appear before contacting us)
