About This Tea

Our Green Twirl tea is harvested from Nilgiri’s tea estates of the Western Ghats of Southern India. The long-leaf tea unfurls in hot water releasing a calming aromatic to soothe body and mind.

Tea Ingredients: Green tea

Flavor: Mild, sweet vegetal taste with slight melon-like undertones.

Benefits: Long-leaf green tea retains antioxidant properties.

Tea Brewing Instructions

• Boil one cup (equal to 200 ml) water in a pot (up to 80°C/176°F – fuming hot).
• Add one teaspoon of tea to a cup or strainer. Pour hot water on the leaves. 
• Steep for 1-2 minutes. 
• Can be enhanced with honey and lemon, if desired.
• Enjoy!
