Tea Ingredients: Oolong Tea
Flavor: Full bodied wine-like taste with smoky undertones
Benefits: Oolong teas may improve metabolism and aid in digestion. May also boost immunity and aid in weight loss.
Tea Brewing Instructions
- Boil one cup (equal to 200 ml) water in a pot (up to 100°C/212°F).
- Add one teaspoon of tea to a cup or strainer. Pour hot water on the leaves.
- Steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Enjoy!
