We know this is called veggie burger seasoning, but this artisan spice blend is so much more. We go meatless at least a couple times a week, and this seasoning is the perfect way to add some of that umami-taste to your veggies, be they in burger form or not. We use this blend when making veggie casseroles, slow cooker stews, roast veggies – whatever needs a little depth added to it. But don’t stop there – try with a stir fry, a hearty soup, or even mixing in with rice to round out your meal.
