Support

Create a Merchant Support Ticket

If you have a question or need help from a merchant, you can create a merchant support ticket by going to your Account Orders section, select the order for which you need support, and press “Get Support”. A support form will pop-up, just fill out the form and submit

Managing Support Tickets

If you are a Merchant selling on Luxauro or a Professional on GMG, you can manage customer and client support tickets by going to your Account Support Tickets section, select the ticket and reply in the thread.
