How to Request a Return or Refund

There are a few different ways to request a return or refund through the Luxauro.com platform depending on how the merchant has their suite and products setup. You can request a return or refund via the following methods, this support post covers all three of them: 

  • Request a return or refund via the orders tab in your Luxauro.com My Account page
  • Request a return or refund via contacting the merchant directly trhough Luxauro.com
  • Requesting a return or refund via contacting Luxauro.com if you are unable to contact the merchant directly through Luxauro.com

Requesting a Return or Refund via My Account >> Orders

Requesting a return or refund is very easy, go to your Luxauro My Account / Orders page and press the “Request Warranty” button. Follow the instructions and submit. The merchant should get back with you shortly. 

If you get a message that says either the product can not be found (due to the merchant not selling it any more) or that the product does not have a Warranty (due to either the merchant not selecting one or another reason) see below.

Requesting a Return or Refund via Directly Contacting the Merchant

To request a return or refund via directly contacting the merchcant through the Luxauro.com platform there are a few options. 

  1. You can visit the merchant’s suite storefront page >> go to Luxauro.com/suites and find their storefront >> and find the “Get Support” button and submit a return and refund request via there.
  2. If the merchant has live chat enabled via tawk.to you can contact them via there.
  3. You can attempt to contact the merchant via email if you are able to get their email from their website, Luxauro.com vendor bio tab, or via order info.

If you are unable to contact the merchant directly via the Luxauro.com platform you can reach out to Luxauro.com via our contact page here. Although we can not guarantee that we will be able to secure you a return or refund due to a variety of reasons, we will attempt to help you contact and get a response from the merchant.
