There are a few different ways to request a return or refund through the our platform depending on how the merchant has their Business Suite and products setup. You can request a return or refund via the following methods, this support post covers all three of them:
Requesting a return or refund is very easy, go to your Luxauro My Account / Orders page and press the “Request Warranty” button. Follow the instructions and submit. The merchant should get back with you.
If you get a message that says either the product can not be found (due to the merchant not selling it any more) or that the “Product Does not have a Warranty” (due to the merchant not selecting / offering a return & refund option) see below.
To request a return or refund via directly contacting the merchcant through the Luxauro.com platform there are a few options.
If you are unable to contact the merchant directly via the platform you can reach out to us here. Although we can not guarantee that we will be able to secure you a return or refund due to a variety of reasons, we will attempt to help you contact the merchant.
