Green Goddess has long been our go-to for salad dressings, so it was only a matter of time before we decided we needed to distill one of our favorite flavors into a gourmet seasoning salt. Richly herbaceous, with a satisfying tang from the sour cream, this is one of those seasonings that we find ourselves putting on everything. Sure, it’s prefect for a instant dip when mixed with sour cream, cottage cheese, or greek yogurt, and of course it’s wonderful for adding zesty flavors to light summer salads – just drizzle a little olive oil and a sprinkle of Green Goddess seasoning before serving an enjoy a perfect dressing without the heaviness or calories of traditional salad dressing. We love this seasoning on twice-baked potatoes, oven roasted veggies, and it’s our secret ingredient for cauliflower puree that will have your guests coming back for 3rds and 4ths – we’ve learned to always make extra!
