Products that arrive damaged, degraded, destroyed, unusable, where the item could pose a health risk due to the condition in which it arrived, where the item was not as depicted or described, or where the item did not arrive at all may be returned if the supplier is notified within 48 hours.
To initiate a return for an item that arrived in one of the above mentioned conditions, please contact us by “requesting warranty” for the item that you wish to return. (The “request warranty” button will be found under the order tab on your account page.) If the customer fails to contact us regarding a return or refund, we will not be able to process your return or refund.
Payment processing fees will be subtracted from the return amount.
