    I order not the first time. There were no problems with delivery. It's been 16 days this time. The dispenser was enough for 1 year. Then the Button stopped working and contacts were quashed.     arrived super quickly, looks very good, the only downside is that when you put your sponge under it, unless you wait for the entire soap dose to be served, meaning, if you just quickly put your sponge under it and out, it drips a bit soap once you move your sponge from beneath it, so put it above your sink, not on the work space itself to avoid soap on your work space

Most products can be returned within 30 days for a refund.

Return shipping costs and payment processing fees will be subtracted from the return amount.

Products that arrive damaged, degraded, destroyed, unusable, where the item could pose a health risk due to the condition in which it arrived, where the item was not as depicted or described, or where the item did not arrive at all may be returned if the supplier is notified within 48 hours.

 

6. If Your Product Has Not Arrived

Check your tracking number.

Allow a few more days before contacting us.

 

7. Return Authorization

Returns will only be accepted if the customer first contacts the supplier and receives authorization.

The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received, with all tags and labels still attached.

Explicit proof and photos must be provided for damaged goods.

10. Return Instructions

Ensure the product is unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged.

Repack the item in its original packaging (the item must be in its original condition with tags attached and all labels).

Include a copy of the proof of purchase.

Clearly label the package with the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

 

11. Refund Processing

After we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. (Please allow 20 days for your credit to appear before contacting us)
