Yes. No matter what Returns & Refunds Policy the merchant from whom you bought the product has set, if your product arrived damaged, broken, ruined, or spoiled, you are eligible for a 100% refund or an exact product replacement (determined by the merchant’s specific Returns & Refunds Policy).

In extreme cases, if the merchant will not respond to your refund or replacement request, please contact us directly here. Although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to secure a refund or replacement from the merchant for you, we will attempt to contact the merchant for you and receive a response to your refund or replacement request.
