Customers can easily manage their orders by navigating to their account
In the left column you will see various tabs. Click the tab labeled “Orders”.
You will see a list of all of your orders. Click the order number you desire to view or press the “view” button. This will allow you to view all of the details of your order including what was ordered, the billing address, cost, etc.
Customers can “view” orders as described above, “Request Support” for an order and “Request a Warranty”.
To “Request Support” for an order, navigate to the “Orders” tab, click on the order’s number you desire to request support for or press “view” once you are viewing the order press the “Request Support” button and submit your order request.
