Go to your Luxauro.com My Account Bookings section. You will see a list of all of your bookings just as in your My Account Orders section. See the image below.
From the bookings section of your account you can view the booking and booking order ID just as with a regular order. If you view the booking order ID you can reschedule the booking if available and request support for the booking from the merchant or GMG professional via the “Get Support” button. See the image below.
Back in the bookings section you can view the booking’s status (for instance in the above image, the booking is pending the merchant’s confirmation) and the booking’s start and end date and time.
