Method
Grind Your Coffee: Grind fresh coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency, similar to coarse sand. The exact grind size may vary depending on personal preference and the type of beans you’re using.
Prepare Your Filter: Place a V60 paper filter into the dripper. Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any paper flavor and preheat the dripper and your cup or server. Discard the rinse water.

We only accept returns on products that are unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged.
Products that arrive damaged, degraded, destroyed, unusable, where the item could pose a health risk due to the condition in which it arrived, where the item was not as depicted or described, or where the item did not arrive at all may be returned if the supplier is notified within 48 hours.

7. Return Authorization
Returns will only be accepted if the customer first contacts the supplier and receives authorization.
The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received, with all tags and labels still attached.
Explicit proof and photos must be provided for damaged goods.

10. Return Instructions
Ensure the product is unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged.
Repack the item in its original packaging (the item must be in its original condition with tags attached and all labels).
Include a copy of the proof of purchase.
Clearly label the package with the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
11. Refund Processing
After we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. (Please allow 20 days for your credit to appear before contacting us)
