1. Standard Products
Most products can be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Return shipping costs and payment processing fees will be subtracted from the return amount.

Repack the item in its original packaging (the item must be in its original condition with tags attached and all labels).
Include a copy of the proof of purchase.
Clearly label the package with the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
11. Refund Processing
After we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
