To create a merchant support ticket or to seek support for a purchase go to your Account Orders section, select the order for which you need support, and press “Get Support”. A support form will pop-up, just fill out the form and submit.

Managing Support Tickets

To manage merchant support tickets go to your Account Support Tickets section, select the ticket you needed and reply in the thread.
