Comprising of SPLIT CHICKPEA LENTILS, SPLIT MUNG BEANS, SPLIT RED LENTILS, SPLIT MATPE BEANS, and SPLIT PIGEON PEAS, cook delicious soups, stews, and gourmet foods and enjoy cuisines from all around the world. Ideal for the health and diet-conscious individuals who are looking to include more clean and green food in their everyday diet.
Directions:
Use 3 Cups water per 1 Cup dry bean/lentil mix. Add 1-2 tsp oil, if desired. For making bean/lentil soups increase amount of water. For making bean/lentil salad reduce amount of water.
Stovetop:
1. Soak lentil mix for 15-20 minutes. 2. Rinse thoroughly and drain water. 3. Add 3 cups of water per 1 cup of dry lentil mix in a wide pot and heat on low uncovered. 4. Once the water is at the level of the lentil, cover the pot. 5. Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
Electric Cooker/Microwave:
1. Prep lentil mix same as above 2. Use 3 cups water per 1 cup of lentil mix and add to a microwave safe dish or electric cooker 3. Heat for 15-20 minutes on medium heat covered. Serve hot or cold.

Repack the item in its original packaging (the item must be in its original condition with tags attached and all labels).
Include a copy of the proof of purchase.
Clearly label the package with the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
11. Refund Processing
After we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
