Care Instructions

Washing:

Before washing:

Turn inside out and dump out any poop that is inside.

Brush/shake off any hair or hay.

Wash on warm using scent and dye free detergent.

Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets.

Add 1/2 cup of vinegar to help with the smell or to aid in wicking.

Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.


Shipping/Returns/Refunds

Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Please allow 3 to 7 business days after your order has shipped, for delivery within the United States. Delivery time to other countries varies.

We are not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by our shipping carriers. If it has been more than 14 days past your shipment confirmation date (US) or 1 month past your shipment confirmation date (All other countries), please contact us at customerservice@taterpets.com.

Returns/Refunds:

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unwashed

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@taterpets.com . Return shipping labels will be provided for defective products. Customer will be responsible for return shipping on all other returns. 

Once your return is received and inspected/approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will contact you via email if there are any issues regarding your refund.

LuxCyber Plaza Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Standard Products

Most products can be returned within 30 days for a refund.

Return shipping costs and payment processing fees will be subtracted from the return amount.

Some items may have a restocking fee (these products are specified below).

 

2. Notification for Damaged Goods

Customers must notify the supplier within 48 hours of receiving damaged products.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Food, supplements, and perishable products (including fresh food, beverages, plants, and flowers).
  • Personal care products, sanitary products, cosmetics, makeup brushes, skincare products, personal grooming products, hygiene-related products, medical-related products, and protective and safety equipment.
  • Undergarments and swimwear if worn or taken out of original packaging, unless still contained in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Custom created or made-to-order items.
  • Items that have sustained noticeable use or wear and tear since delivery.
  • Essential oils.
  • Wholesale orders.
  • Gift cards and prepaid cards.
  • Subscriptions (non-returnable and non-refundable after the period of the subscription has passed or the product has been delivered).
  • Auctioned items.
  • Downloadable products, books, items, and software.
  • Digital music, games, and apps.
  • Computer devices including SSDs, HDDs, RAM, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, and thumb drives, except where such products arrived damaged or unusable.
  • Hazardous materials including (but not limited to) chemicals, solvents, paint, or flammable items.
  • Certain media items including books, movies, games, magazines, and newspapers.
  • Event and transportation tickets such as concert, movie, or event tickets, airline tickets.
  • Art, collectibles, and antiques.
  • Body jewelry (belly rings, earrings, etc.).
  • Sale items.

4. Additional Exceptions

Where refunding or returning an item is prohibited by law, we will not accept returns and we will not provide refunds for such products.

 

5. Product Condition

We only accept returns on products that are unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged.

Products that arrive damaged, degraded, destroyed, unusable, where the item could pose a health risk due to the condition in which it arrived, where the item was not as depicted or described, or where the item did not arrive at all may be returned if the supplier is notified within 48 hours.

 

6. If Your Product Has Not Arrived

Check your tracking number.

Allow a few more days before contacting us.

 

7. Return Authorization

Returns will only be accepted if the customer first contacts the supplier and receives authorization.

The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received, with all tags and labels still attached.

Explicit proof and photos must be provided for damaged goods.

 

8. Specific Category Policies

  • Electronics:
    • Return Policy: 14-day return policy.
    • Processing Fee: $5 processing fee.
  • Jewelry Products:
    • Return Policy: 7-day return policy.
    • Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee.
  • Handbags & Purses:
    • Return Policy: 20-day return policy.
    • Processing/Restocking Fee: $10.00.
  • Health & Beauty Products:
    • Return Policy: 14-day return policy, but the supplier must be contacted within 7 days.
    • Waxing products: May incur a 20% restocking fee.

 

9. Contact for Return Authorization

To initiate a return, please contact us by Clicking the “request warranty” button for the item that you wish to return. The “request warranty” button will be found under the order tab on your account page. If the customer fails to contact us regarding a return or refund, we will not be able to process your return or refund.

 

10. Return Instructions

Ensure the product is unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged.

Repack the item in its original packaging (the item must be in its original condition with tags attached and all labels).

Include a copy of the proof of purchase.

Clearly label the package with the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

 

11. Refund Processing

After we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. (Please allow 20 days for your credit to appear before contacting us)
