This effective yet gentle oil free  2-in-1 cleanser/gentle exfoliant cleans the skin without stripping it.  It will help to combat blemishes and breakouts while b vitamins + antioxidants keep skin soothed and soft.    The exfoliating action of willow bark + hibiscus extracts  will  help the rest of your skincare products better absorb and nourish skin.  

How to use:  Apply to skin with moistened hands, work into a lather and rinse.   Use morning to cleanse skin before applying your skincare and makeup.  Use evening to remove makeup, daily debris and balance skin before applying your skincare.

1. Standard Products

Most products can be returned within 30 days for a refund.

Return shipping costs and payment processing fees will be subtracted from the return amount.

Customers must notify the supplier within 48 hours of receiving damaged products.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Food, supplements, and perishable products (including fresh food, beverages, plants, and flowers).
  • Personal care products, sanitary products, cosmetics, makeup brushes, skincare products, personal grooming products, hygiene-related products, medical-related products, and protective and safety equipment.
  • Undergarments and swimwear if worn or taken out of original packaging, unless still contained in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Items that have sustained noticeable use or wear and tear since delivery.

4. Additional Exceptions

Where refunding or returning an item is prohibited by law, we will not accept returns and we will not provide refunds for such products.

 

5. Product Condition

We only accept returns on products that are unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged.

Products that arrive damaged, degraded, destroyed, unusable, where the item could pose a health risk due to the condition in which it arrived, where the item was not as depicted or described, or where the item did not arrive at all may be returned if the supplier is notified within 48 hours.

 

6. If Your Product Has Not Arrived

Check your tracking number.

Allow a few more days before contacting us.

 

7. Return Authorization

Returns will only be accepted if the customer first contacts the supplier and receives authorization.

The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received, with all tags and labels still attached.

Explicit proof and photos must be provided for damaged goods.

If the customer fails to contact us regarding a return or refund, we will not be able to process your return or refund.

 

10. Return Instructions

Ensure the product is unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged.

Repack the item in its original packaging (the item must be in its original condition with tags attached and all labels).

Include a copy of the proof of purchase.

Clearly label the package with the provided Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

 

11. Refund Processing

After we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. (Please allow 20 days for your credit to appear before contacting us)
